The short, human version first: we keep your info to run your appointments, and nothing else.
Privacy Policy
We collect your name, contact details and your pet’s care information solely to schedule and perform grooming services. We never sell or share this information with third parties, except payment processing handled by our card provider.
Appointment photos of your pet may be shared on our social channels only with your consent, given at booking. Ask us to remove any photo at any time and it comes down the same day.
You can request a copy or deletion of your records by emailing hello@thegroomery.com. We respond within 30 days, usually much faster.
Terms of Service
Quotes are confirmed at drop-off and never change afterwards. Matting surcharges, where needed, are agreed before work begins. Payment is due at pickup.
Saturday appointments require a $20 deposit, applied to your visit. Cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice forfeits the deposit; rescheduling with notice never does.
Proof of rabies vaccination is required for all pets. We reserve the right to stop a groom if an animal is too stressed to continue safely — you pay only for work completed.
